Hareeeng publishes public opportunities, and scammers sometimes copy real adverts or pretend to be us. These rules protect you.
How to know it is really us
- Our website is the address in your browser bar when you read this page. Our emails come only from addresses ending in @hareeeng.com (spelled with two e's).
- We never ask for your password, PIN, one-time code, recovery codes or card details, by email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone or on any web page.
- We never charge job seekers, students or bidders to see, save or apply for an opportunity.
- Advertisers: payment details come only in an email reply from adverts@hareeeng.com, never through a link.
Red flags in any opportunity
- You must pay a fee, deposit, "registration", "processing", uniform or visa fee to apply or to receive an offer.
- A guaranteed visa, job or scholarship, or pay that sounds far too high for the work.
- You are asked to send money, gift cards, crypto, mobile-money PINs or OTP codes.
- The application link is a shortened link, an unfamiliar website, or a login page that asks for your email password or bank login.
- Pressure to act today, or to move the chat to WhatsApp or Telegram before you can check who they are.
Before you apply
- Open the organisation's own website yourself (type it in) and find the same notice there.
- Use the contact details on that official website, not the ones in a message you were sent.
- When Hareeeng sends you to another website it shows a "You are leaving Hareeeng" page first. Read the website name carefully.
Found something suspicious? Report it and we will check and remove it quickly.
