Training and Development Officer

The Lesotho Electricity Company is recruiting a Training and Development Officer. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development and at least three years of experience in learning and development, human resources, and training administration, including coordinating corporate training and employee development programmes. Experience in a utility or large corporate environment is an advantage. A valid driver’s licence is required.
