The Lesotho Electricity Company is recruiting an Industrial Relations Officer in Maseru. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Relations, or a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), is required, with at least five years of relevant experience. Thorough knowledge of labour and employment legislation, disciplinary management, grievance handling and engagement with trade unions is expected, plus facilitation and presentation skills, computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence.
