The procurement is funded by the Government of Lesotho. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M10,000 from a bank or a bid-securing declaration. Bid securities must remain valid until 16 January 2027. Bids will be opened on 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Ministry of Education and Training headquarters, Inspectorate Building, Room 404, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
