About the Role

Maluti Energy is seeking 10 dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Petrol Attendants to join its growing team.

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe and efficient fuel dispensing services, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming forecourt environment.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense fuel accurately and safely in accordance with company procedures.

Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.

Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records when required.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt.

Inspect fuel dispensing equipment for visible faults and report defects.

Comply with health, safety, fire prevention, and environmental procedures.

Identify and report safety hazards, spills, and operational incidents.

Minimum Requirements

COSC/IGCSE certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Previous experience as a petrol attendant or in customer service will be an added advantage.

Basic numerical and communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in Sesotho and English.

Honesty, reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work in a team, perform under pressure, and follow safety procedures.
