About the Role

Maluti Energy is seeking two competent, motivated, and results-driven Filling Station Supervisors to oversee daily forecourt operations, maintain service excellence, and ensure the safe and efficient running of its filling station.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily filling station operations and staff.

Monitor fuel stock levels, deliveries, and inventory.

Oversee cash handling, sales reconciliation, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Support staff performance and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or fuel operations.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accountability.
