MEFMI has issued a request for proposals for an end-of-phase evaluation of its Phase VI Strategy (2022-2026). The estimated contract period is March to July 2027 and proposals close on 30 November 2026 at 16:30 (Harare time). The RFP number is MEFMI RFP/EOPVIE/002/2026 and it is addressed to consulting firms.
Bidders send a separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal by email; the electronic financial proposal must be password protected and late submissions are not accepted. The full RFP has the terms of reference and submission details.
